We were first time home buyers and John was so helpful walking us through everything and keeping us updated throughout the entire process. Whenever we had any questions, we’d reach out to him and he was quick to respond. We really appreciated how honest and upfront he was about everything. When we were looking at homes he would tell us about all sorts of issues that we had no idea to look for. It was clear that he didn’t want us to just buy a random house, but rather he wanted us to find a great place that we loved. There was a realtor incentive on our house that he even told the sellers to subtract from the final price. He effectively took money out of his pocket to help us afford the house.
