John came recommended to us from a friend at work, and helped my wife and I buy our first house. He helped us look through dozens of houses all over Harford County (and even some of Cecil), new and preowned, and never rushed us or tried to hurry us to make a decision, but also helped us pick good candidate homes to avoid wasting time on our day-long house-hunting outings. He has great attention to detail, and was quick to spot problems or good points in a home or neighborhood that we didn’t notice or think of. We definitely avoided some traps thanks to him. His patience throughout our search was especially appreciated, because as first-time buyers, what we thought we wanted at the beginning evolved a lot over the course of our house hunt until we made our decision. He was also very flexible to our schedule, answers questions right away, and kept the closing process transparent and seamless. He also gets to know his clients, which helps a lot in getting to the best home possible for each one. Even though he has other clients, you might just end up feeling like you’re the only client in his world. We love our new home and don’t expect we’ll want to move anytime soon, but if we did need to move for some reason, we’d 100% work with John again.
