John was excellent to work with. He listened and was responsive to what I was looking for and to my concerns. He knew the neighborhoods that we were looking at well and was thoughtful in pointing out pluses and minuses both to neighborhoods and to the individual properties we looked at. I don’t live in the area, and John was great about maximizing my time on my visits. He did a good job of providing advice on what to offer and handling all the details of the buying process. He also has excellent contacts for inspection, repairs, and so on. I highly recommend him.
