John was a fantastic realtor for a first time home buyer, especially for someone who was new to the area! He worked with my schedule to view home and always made time for phone calls. He did a great job of walking me through everything from our first phone call until the settlement. When we toured homes, he pointed out things that I did not think about which was super helpful. He was also able to connect me with local contractors which was extremely useful. He gives honest advice, which was very appreciated, and never tried to change my opinion when I did not like certain houses.
