The first time we met John, he took us to see a few different neighborhoods even though there was no guarantee we would be moving to Baltimore. The second time we met him, he was taking time out of his day to escort us on a virtual tour of a home that we didn’t have time to travel to visit. The third time, he set aside the better part of a week to make sure that we only had to travel to Baltimore one time to buy a house. He showed us upwards of 20 houses in two days, in half a dozen or more different parts of the city and county. Next thing we knew, we were closing on the exact type of house in the exact neighborhood John told us seemed like a good fit the very first time we met. He was never pushy or judgmental, but he was always right. He got us exactly what we wanted on a very restricted timeframe in an exceptionally competitive market. Even after our offer was accepted, he guided us through the inspections and closing process and then, most impressive of all, accommodated our busy work schedule in a different city and took care of our final walk through and some chores that required in-person attendance. We could not recommend him more highly, and every person we worked with along the way (lender, title company, inspector, listing realtors) said the exact same thing.
