If it is priced correctly and shows well, then it should sell quickly. If it is on the market for longer than a week or two then there is a disconnect between one of those two variables. Buyer Agent and buyer feedback is crucial to helping you sell your home. If feedback suggests improvements to your home’s features, then do them. If not, provide estimates of what is required to get the work done and discount the home accordingly.
