I can never understand when I see listings on the MLS where there are no pictures or the pictures that have been posted are of poor quality. If first impressions are everything it really pays to invest in a good digital camera or in the services of a photographer that knows how to take great pictures. With people doing most of their home buying legwork on-line, they are making their decisions regarding the homes that they want to see based on the photographs that they see on line. With the ability to post 30 photographs in the listing my team and I thoroughly photograph the home’s features to make certain prospective buyers can appreciate the home’s amenities. As a side note, thoroughly documenting room measurements also help buyer’s make the determination as to whether a particular home meets their requirements and is worth their time to see.
