During the Spring, sellers will have more competition for their home because there are typically more sellers going on the market during this time. However, there are more buyers as well. During the off-peak seasons – Fall and Winter, we typically see fewer homes go on the market, and fewer buyers. But you can be assured that the buyers who are looking during these seasons are extremely serious just as the sellers are.
